    NHS Patients

    Please provide 24hrs notice to re-arrange or cancel your appointment. If you fail to attend or short notice cancel 2 NHS appointments within a 12 month period we may no longer be able to provide you with NHS treatment.

    Private Patients

    Please provide 24hrs notice to re-arrange or cancel your appointment.

    Private short-notice cancellations within 24hrs of the appointment will incur a 50% fine.
